TOOL ROOM UNIT – We have Dedicated Tool Room Facilities which ensures uninterrupted Product Supplies and New developments. We have Number of Machines like :

CNC Milling from Haas Machines, Spark Erosion (EDM) machines, Shaper Grinders, Surface Grinders, Lathes, Milling, Drill Machines from Leading manufacturers in India. We also have Dedicated In house Product Testing Laboratory with us.

DESIGN UNIT Well equipped with the latest Computer – Aided software and CNC responsive software, we develop well – detailed 3D models and designs for all our projects, staring from part design, to die tool design, and figuring out the correct mechanism for operating the tool. We ensure every product stays true to desired dimensions and operations.

MOLDING UNIT – In Moulding Section We have Ten Injection Moulding Machines

ranging from 70tons to 280Tons, all from reputed brands from India, Taiwan & China. We have a dedicated workforce of around 50-60 employees, who produce quality products strictly adhering to all Social & Environmental Norms. Our sourcing of Raw Materials is from Major companies like RIL, Haldia, GAIL and IOC-Mittal .

Plant size

As of today, we are well established at a 1350 sq. metre area unit, with about 450 sq. mt. dedicated to our tool room and 900 sq. mt. dedicated for our injection molding operations.

Staff

Our workforce include a well trained strength of 50 employees, with over 15 employees dedicated for our design and tool room department. Moreover, 30-35 employees are dedicated to our molding and packaging department.
